The Pew Research Center's Hispanic Project and Internet Project combined forces to write an in-depth look at internet penetration across racial and ethnic categories in the U.S.: Latinos Online, 2006-2008. The study finds that the Latino online population in the U.S. has been growing faster than that of Whites or African-Americans. Particularly, those groups previously disadvantaged online did show the strongest growth. You can read a summary of the report over at the Pew Internet Project's web site; the full report is also available at the Pew Hispanic Center.
